Terms of Service

1. Parties
These terms govern wholesale purchases from WholesaleLegoWorldWide, operating from Copenhagen, Denmark ("Seller"), by registered business customers ("Buyer"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to registered businesses only. We do not sell to end consumers. By placing a wholesale order you confirm that you are purchasing for commercial resale purposes.
3. Orders and quotes
All orders begin with a written inquiry submitted via email. We will respond with a quote within 24 hours on business days. A quote is valid for 48 hours. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to decline any order.
4. Pricing
All prices are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of VAT and import duties. Prices are subject to change without notice until a written quote is issued. Volume discounts apply to orders of 50 units or more per SKU.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full before goods are dispatched. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer (SEPA and SWIFT), PayPal, and major debit/credit cards. Invoices are issued in EUR. We do not offer credit terms to new clients.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship DAP (Delivered At Place) from Copenhagen. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
7. Minimum order
The minimum order quantity is 10 units per SKU. There is no minimum total order value, but orders below €200 are subject to a shipping fee.
8. Returns and cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of payment. After dispatch, we do not accept returns unless goods arrive damaged or are materially different from what was ordered. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
9. Product authenticity
All products are genuine LEGO items sourced from authorized distributors. We do not deal in counterfeit, grey market, or opened merchandise. Sets are supplied in original sealed retail packaging unless explicitly stated otherwise.
10. Intellectual property
LEGO® is a registered trademark of the LEGO Group. We are an independent wholesale distributor and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group.
11. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, loss of business, or reputational harm.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
